I am a novice baker who likes to make bread and pasta. Recently, I was asked to make a wedding cake. Woo-hoo! So I thought I would take this opportunity to take my hobby to the next logical step: Novice II!
The wedding is in October of 2011. Hopefully I will have improved enough to not embarrass myself or ruin the Bride and Groom's most wonderful day (no pressure). So, this blog is dedicated to them -- they'll just have to endure all of the other non-wedding cake posts.
